School & Sports Physicals

Annual sports physicals are required by the State of Ohio before a child can participate in certain sporting events.

South Dayton Pediatrics can provide these preparticipation physical evaluations for school and sports activities.

The general goals of these preparticipation physicals are to determine the physical and psychological health of an individual, and to evaluate for life-threatening or disabling conditions.

We believe having these preparticipation physicals done by your child's primary care provider is an important step in your child's continuity of care.
